Me and my partner took his computer in to see what was wrong with it after it just stopped coming on, first impressions were very professional, he explained things even I could understand, and I’m not one to understand much about computer parts lol, very knowladgable, usually going to repair places they leave push products on you or don’t know what they are doing but this place is awesome and never left me feeling negative about anything we left the shop feeling satisfied immediately, even though we took it in yesterday morning, we were told it was up and ready AND upgraded all in a few short hours, my other half is ecstatic to have his “baby” back lol. great service will highly recommend and will certainly be repeat customers 2 very happy customers thanks a bunch.

Took my laptop into kingfisher computers today thinking the charging port was broke. Lad behind the counter quickly told me it wasn’t a issue with the laptop and was a issue with the charger itself. Gave me sound advice on what to buy and where to buy it from. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Have to give a shout out to the team at Kingfisher Computers Hartlepool Nathan and other guys sorry don’t know all your names. A few days ago I stupidly knocked a full pint of water all over my lovely laptop but these lads were quick to the rescue, got immediately straight on the job without hesitation, it was 50/50 chance of saving it but with their expertise and super skills they had it fixed same day, later that afternoon I had my laptop back working unbelievably fine, back up and running to continue my assignment work, thankyou so much, lifesavers xx
