If you’ve damaged your device and need to make an insurance claim for repair or replacement, we’re here to assist. We know that insurance companies usually require detailed quotes before approving repairs, and they may sometimes ask us to carry out the repairs directly.

For all insurance claim quotations, we charge a standard fee of £120 per device. This fee is usually recoverable from your insurance company—just submit our invoice along with the repair quote we provide.

Insurance companies often prefer to deal with us directly. We provide them with all the required details and handle any necessary follow-up communications. However, if your insurer prefers to work through you, that’s no problem. Rest assured, insurers often follow up with us directly to ensure everything is in order.

If your device cannot be repaired, or if the repair costs exceed the device’s value, we can provide the necessary documentation to confirm that the device is uneconomical to repair. This is essential for securing a replacement through your insurance.
