My 8 year old IMac desktop computer just stopped booting up for no apparent reason, Devastated to say the least, took it to the Apple shop and they had it for three days. Received the phone call advising that the Apple Mac was un able to be repaired. They had spent a considerable amount of time trying to take it back to factory setting and also trying to run anti virus soft water to no avail. The some total was buy a new Mac and they would recycle my old unit. I brought it home and was advised to take it to Kingfisher computers in Church Street Hartlepool and speak to Nathan and Darren. I was impressed by the professionalism shown and how easy it was to understand what Nathan was telling me about the work he would undertake. Pleased to say that within 6 hours I was told the computer was ready and running. I have to date been able to recover my I cloud files and folders, Over the moon great job , great price well done and would thoroughly recommend Kingfisher to any body who is having problems with their Apple product
